Our Process

1. Getting Started

We offer a complimentary consultation in the comfort of your own home or at our showroom in Alabaster, AL. The main goal of this meeting is to get to know you and get a feel for your outdoor living needs and dreams. We will discuss design, look at example photos, product options, budget, and ideas. This initial meeting is a very vital part in creating a great foundation for your project and usually takes a couple hours to complete.

2. Design Phase

Back in our office, your lead designer will begin creating your project based on the conversations from the initial consultation. We will create drawings and can present a 3D rendering to bring your vision to life prior to construction.

3. Design Presentation

Now the real fun begins! Creating phenomenal designs is one of our specialties, and in our follow-up presentation your excitement will increase as you view the possibilities presented by your lead designer. You will soon realize that your dream of an outdoor living space could be a few short months away.

4. Contract

Once you are comfortable with the design and budget for the project.  We will present an official contract listing each of the details that are to be included in the project. When the contract is signed and your deposit is received, your project will be placed on our production schedule, and we will begin the next stages of making your project a reality.

5. Final Drafting and Permitting

Once the final drafting of the project is completed by your lead designer, the project will move to the permitting process. Our team will send the drawings and permit application to your township and work with the township to achieve the approval for your project. Once the permit is approved, our scheduler will reach out to you to coordinate the start of your project. As each of these steps is achieved, you will be notified of the progress.

6. Installation

This is when it all comes together. All you need to do is sit back and watch your outdoor living dreams become a reality! Our project manager that is assigned to your project will be on site every day to keep things running smoothly and will be a main point of contact throughout the project.

7. Enjoy!

From concept to completion, we strive to make your project a smooth and easy process for you to undertake. In the end, your property will have been transformed into a gorgeous space that you will enjoy for years to come. You can begin creating memories and changing how you live outdoors!
