Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the every day activities to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner. Operating hours will be Monday – Friday from 7am – 4pm (with 1 hour lunch).

Tasks:

• Meet with Production Coordinator/Manager every morning at 7am to discuss daily tasks and again at end of day to give updates
• Will be assigned 2-3 crews to oversee
• Will meet with Production Coordinator/Manager, Sales rep and homeowner within a set timeframe once job is sold to discuss project and create material lists
• Will be responsible for making sure the crews have everything they need
• Will line up sub-contractors (electrical/plumbing/gutters/roofing, etc.)
• Meet with inspectors
• Communicate with homeowners regarding project
• Other duties as requested
• Will report directly to Project Coordinator/Manager

Qualifications:

• Must have knowledge of building materials, how to measure take offs, building codes, etc.
• organization
• excellent communication skills
• time management
• basic computer skills
